A beauty salon has clinched a deal with Bolton Arena to stay located at the popular Horwich leisure facility.

Bolton Arena and Aura are celebrating a deal that will see the beauty specialists remain within the Horwich venue on a permanent basis.

Aura, based at Halliwell Road, began offering nail and beauty treatments within the arena just over six months ago.

The firm’s expansion has been hailed a success and now the beauty company plans to increase its range of services and hours of operation within the arena.

Aura offers a variety of facial, massage, waxing, pedicure and nail treatments, which complement the existing health and wellbeing services offered by the arena.

The weeks leading up to Christmas are expected to keep staff busy, while Christmas hampers and gift vouchers should also ensure a good flow of customers in January and February.

Owner Emma Hargreaves said that move has been welcomed by both staff and customers. The staff at the arena have all worked at our Halliwell shop, so existing customers can relax with familiar staff while new customers can be assured the staff are well trained and experienced.

“The next step is to further expand our corporate services which, in many cases can involve visiting local businesses at their premises.”

Aura primarily uses the foyer area for nail treatments, and two other rooms for massage and beauty treatments.
