THERE was an extra-sspecial visssitor at Castle Hill Primary School’s Chrissstmas fair.
Usually, the school has donkeys from Smithills Open Farm visiting its festive fete, but this year it was Cuddles the python. And among the many friends it made was pupil Ewan Johns.
The school’s office manager, Rebecca Heaton, said: “This year the farm asked if we wanted a snake at the fair and we said yes. It was very popular among children and adults alike.
“Everyone enjoyed the fair and all money raised will go to buying adventure playground equipment.”
