A SPONSORED walk just for youngsters helped to raise cash for a nursery school.
Around 33 youngsters from Saint Osmund’s Community Day Nursery in Brodick Drive, Breightmet, took part in the Winter Wednesday Welly Wobble.
The walk was organised to raise money for new equipment at the nursery, which moved to its new site 12 months ago, with the children sponsored by mums and dads.
Jacqueline Davies from the nursery said: “They really enjoyed themselves and because of the snow it added to the fun.”
