A CHURCH is appealing for people to join in its silver jubilee celebrations.
Farnworth Christian Spiritualist Church in Peel Street is 25 years old this weekend.
A celebration with be held tomorrow at 7.30pm for past and present committee members and representatives from other churches.
An appeal is being made for anyone who has served on the committee to contact 01204 794979 or attend the event.
There will also be a naming service to recognise members at 7.30pm on Saturday and a service re-dedicating the church and celebrating its work on Sunday at 6.30pm.
