THREE new solicitors have qualified through a law firm’s own rigorous in-house training scheme.
Stephensons Solicitors is ranked as the fifth largest law firm in the North-west, according to the latest edition of the Legal 500, a definitive in-depth annual survey of the UK legal market.
The firm is an Investor in People and employs more than 400 employees across a network of six regional offices in Bolton, Leigh, Wigan, St Helens and Manchester.
Nicola Whittle, from Horwich, will specialise in commercial litigation. Her role will involve advising businesses during disputes and she will also act for businesses facing insolvency and bankruptcy.
Rebecca Mason, from Lowton, will help clients with all types of housing problems, particularly those who find themselves homeless or who face possession proceedings.
Rob Zacal, from Chorley, joins the growing corporate department, supporting businesses’s commercial needs, including preparation of documents such as franchise agreements and terms and conditions. He will also advise businesses on acquisitions, disposals, mergers and investments.
