GIRLS at Bolton Muslim Girls School received an introduction in the world of business.
Bolton Council of Mosques, in partnership with the council-backed Business Bolton, held an “introduction to business” workshop at the school.
It was designed to give students a practical introduction to personal finance, credit and debt, savings and budgeting.
The workshop was also designed to empower the next generation of women entrepreneurs to start thinking of making their own money.
Hopefully, it will have given them confidence to try business ideas, even though the country is facing its worst economic crisis in 80 years.
Bolton Council of Mosques, in conjunction with Job Centre Plus, Bolton Wise and Business Bolton, will also be offering free advice and support with business start-ups and those seeking employment from January.
