Simon Webbe had to be given oxygen after doing a Bushtucker Trial.
The former Blue singer was forced to face his biggest fear as he took part in 'Last Gasp' which saw him have to collect stars from six creature-covered bubbles under water.
Before agreeing to do the trial, Simon admitted he is terrified of water, adding: "I don't swim at all but didn't want to say anything in camp. This is the whole part of the show, getting over your fears."
Despite successfully retrieving five out of six stars, the shaky star had to be given oxygen by 'I'm A Celebrity. Get Me Out Of Here!' medics immediately after leaving the pool and claimed the trial hadn't cured his phobia.
He said: "It's the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, anything after this is a breeze.
"I'm shaken up to be honest, I think I hit my head as well. I'm still a bit dazed from it all and I can't really speak, I don't know if I'm in shock."
After getting back to camp, the singer confessed his fear to fellow contestants, who promptly surrounded him to congratulate his bravery.
