TROUBLED pop star Lily Allen has announced that her long-awaited second album, It’s Not Me It’s You, will be released on February 9, with a tour to follow.
The 23-year old singer, who has become more of a fixture on the gossip pages than the music pages, will be heading out on tour in March, with dates in Glasgow, Manchester, Bristols, Southampton, Brighton, Norwich, Birmingham, Leeds and London.
She will play at the Manchester Academy on March 15.
Lily recently announced a gig at London’s legendary Koko, tickets for which sold out in under an hour.
Tickets for the new dates go on sale tomorrow, Tuesday December 1, and can be bought online or by ringing 08444 999 990.
Lily’s first album, Alright, Still, was released in July 2006 to critical and comemrcial acclaim. To date it has sold over 2.5 million copies.
