FINDINGS due to be released from an investigation into how a nurse remained in his job after allegations of sexual assault have been delayed.
Bosses at Bolton NHS Primary Care Trust launched an urgent review after Damien Bible was convicted in September of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl.
Bible, aged 26, from Daubhill, was allowed to return to his job at The Parallel Clinic in Churchgate for almost six weeks having initially been suspended, before the Child Protection Agency got involved and he was suspended again.
The PCT promised to make the investigation’s findings public this week but a spokesman said that would now not happen until January 28 because key documents remained with Bolton Crown Court, where Bible will be sentenced next Thursday.
