THE Premiership was meant to be getting boringly predictable but events last weekend blew a hole in that theory.
None of the top five managed a goal and the match that was meant to showcase the quality of two of our better “footballing” teams – Manchester City and Arsenal – was littered with rank bad passing and schoolboy errors.
When Arsenal can be made to look so shabby and the big-hitters of Chelsea, Liverpool an Manchester United are firing blanks, there’s hope for everybody.
