COMMUTERS from Bolton have a new passenger rights champion to complain to about the region’s train service.
Former Salford councillor Roger Jones has taken over from North-west Euro-MP Brian Simpson as the campaign director of the North West Rail Campaign.
The group is calling on the Government and the rail industry to put more carriages on at peak times to ease the misery for thousands of commuters who are forced to cram into overcrowded trains.
