WYRESDALE were unlucky not to get a point against league leaders Old Boltonians, despite missing five regulars.
Old Boltonians took advantage of some slack defending at a corner to take the lead just before the break.
Wyresdale looked lively and pressed forward with Old Boltonians looking dangerous on the break. And the visitors doubled their lead from a corner.
Wyresdale’s efforts reaped their reward when substitute Jimmy Smyth applied the finish after Gaz Jones played him through late on.
