REBECCA Dunn was the the star of the show for Eagley, helping her side to a 3-0 win over Darcy Lever.
Dunn was named the player of the match, while the goals came from Sarah Grange and Louise Heaney.
County Ladies beat Bolton HC 2-0 in an excellent game in which there were outstanding performances from D Hutchinson for County and Melissa Hill for Bolton.
The spectators were treated to some great hockey in a game played in an excellent spirit.
Champions Seddons had another huge test on their hands when they came up against the might and skill of Nomads.
Determined as ever, Seddons managed to clinch the match with the only goal from Ann Truffas. However, the Nomads team gave them much food for thought as they chase them for the championship title.
