Let there be lights!
SCORES of shoppers turned up to watch the big Christmas lights switch-on at the Vue Cinema at Middlebrook — and get a glimpse of Wanderers favourite Gretar Steinsson and his wife, Manuela.
The couple were on hand to judge a Christmas lantern parade.
Among those taking part were six-year-old George Bennett and five-year-old Harriet Deward, pictured, of Heaton Dene Nursery in Westhoughton.
Bolton TV presenter Vernon Kay is set to switch on the town centre’s Christmas lights in Victoria Square on Sunday, November 23.
