MANAGERS from two housing groups in Bolton are celebrating gaining qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
Nine employees of The Regenda Group in Horwich and Bolton at Home in Calvin Street, near the town centre, have graduated with a diploma in management.
They attended a ceremony at Mere Hall in Bolton to recognise their achievements.
The Regenda Group, a housing association, led a partnership approach with Bolton at Home to introduce a joint CMI training venture, a first of its kind for both organisations.
Four employees from Bolton at Home joined five senior managers from the Regenda Group in completing the course, which started in May last year.
The development scheme was introduced as part of a senior management programme by Tracey Wilson, executive director of corporate services at The Regenda Group.
She said: “This has been a huge success and something on which the group can continue to develop.”
