BUSINESSES from Bolton will join other firms from Lancashire’s top 100 companies to celebrate their success.
Fourteen companies from the town appear in the ranking of the 100 most profitable firms in the county.
Three of them — Ascribe Plc, Howorth Airtech Ltd and Schofields Ltd — are in the top 20 and they will join a business forum at Ribby Hall Village, near Preston, on Friday, November 21.
A celebratory breakfast will also be held for the leaders of the successful small and medium enterprises and representatives of business support organisations.
The firms were recently listed as Lancashire’s Hot 100 SMEs, based on their profitability, in Lancashire Business View magazine.
Ribby Hall Village is on the list for the first time, in second place behind Hargreave Hale Ltd, the Blackpool and London stockbrokers.
Steven Broomhead, chief executive of the North-west Regional Development Agency, will chair the event and the main speaker will be Craig Goldblatt, the international orator and coach.
