YOUNG Wanderers winger Nathan Woolfe has joined Blue Square Conference club Wrexham on loan.
The 20-year-old, who made his senior debut in last season’s infamous 1-0 defeat at Sporting Lisbon in the UEFA Cup, will initially link up with the Welsh club for a month.
Woolfe has been a regular for the reserves this season and was recommended to Wrexham boss Dean Saunders by Terry Darracott who has worked both as a European scout for Wanderers and as an assistant coach at the Racecourse Ground.
He goes straight into Saunders’ squad to face Weymouth on Saturday.
