GARSTANG started well and had the better of much of the first half, but the pendulum swung once Lostock settled.
Two tries, one from Andy Urmston after a good pass from Jay Markland, and a superb individual effort with a kick and chase from Chad Boyce, put Lostock into a higher gear.
The second half started as the first ended with Lostock continuing their dominance.
Stand-off Warren Clough bagged a couple of tries with John Stryker getting another before Boyce claimed his second, Mark Tonks kicked two conversions and a penalty.
Man of the match was Ian Robertson, who was first to every breakdown and outstanding in the rucks and mauls.
Lostock are at home to Trafford Metrovick in the Halbro plate next week, kick-off 2.15pm. Players should be at Aspull RUFC for 1pm.
Former and new players are always welcome. For details contact John Stryker on 07815 143988 or visit the club’s Facebook page-website.
