LEIGH look to recapture the winning formula in the FA Trophy first qualifying round after a disappointing league defeat in midweek.
Genesis surrendered a 1-0 lead at Cammell Laird against 10 men despite dominating the game and the lack of firepower in front of goal is a cause for concern for manager Steve Bleasdale.
They have the chance to regain some confidence against a Yorkshire side struggling in the Unibond Division One North.
“I was pleased with our first-half performance against Cammell as we looked strong and took our chance when it came, but in the second-half we made a couple of mistakes and then failed to take our chances,” Bleasdale said.
“I would love to go and get a top striker, but so would everybody else, and in the financial position we are in, it is not an option.
“We will not be taking Harrogate lightly although they are a league below. We made that mistake against Curzon Ashton in the FA Cup.
“It is a big sloping pitch and we will have to play better than we did against Cammell.”
