THE jury in the case of a male health worker accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl will resume its deliberations today.
Damien Bible, aged 26, denies performing an intimate examination on the teenager, saying she carried out the swab test on herself.
Bible, of Gainsborough Avenue, Bolton, was employed as a young person’s health adviser at the Parallel Clinic in Bolton town centre, which the girl visited in January last year.
He is accused of performing the test to satisfy a “perverted lust”.
The jury retired to deliberate on Friday afternoon, but was unable to reach a verdict.
