A TEENAGE girl and a 22-year-old man have denied possessing an offensive weapon after a man was allegedly attacked with a chainsaw.
The 17-year-old girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, and Shaun Devaney, of Doyle Road, Hunger Hill, both pleaded guilty at Bolton Crown Court to affray.
They both pleaded not guilty to possessing an offensive weapon.
They were arrested in connection with the alleged incident, shortly after 7.50pm on Wednesday, May 7, in Prince Street, Bolton.
