Police seized a cannabis farm in a dawn raid this morning, Wednesday.

Officers arrived at the house on Century Lodge in Farnworth, at just before 7am.

They entered through the side gate before ramming the rear door, finding the farm in an upstairs bedroom.

It was hidden behind a "fake wall", with a "sophisticated" ventilation setup preventing the smell from emanating beyond the room.
