Police found and arrested a man in West Yorkshire suspected of burgling a Farnworth business three months ago.
The man, 41, was seen “smashing the window” of a Market Street business on August 7 early morning – and taking items and “making off”.
He was found in West Yorkshire yesterday (November 26) where police arrested and brought him into custody.
An extensive investigation had been conducted.
He remains in custody for further questioning.
A spokesperson for GMP Bolton said: “Our colleagues from West Yorkshire Police have arrested a male sought by the South Neighbourhood Team on suspicion of a business burglary.

“In the early hours of the 7th August, 2024, a male was seen smashing the window of a business on Market Street, Farnworth, and removing a number of items before making off.
“He was successfully identified following extensive enquiries and has been sought for questioning since.
“The male (aged 41) remains in custody for questioning.”
