Motorists experienced delays this morning (Thursday November 21) after a two-car crash outside the fire station.
Commuters were left facing delays after a collision on Moor Lane as traffic backed up.
The exact time of the collision is to be confirmed, but it caused delays to rush hour traffic, with a cordon around the crash, taking two lanes down to one lane.
Traffic from Deane Road had to pass the collision one at a time in order to access the junction on Moor Lane which has filter traffic lights and a speed limit of 30mph.

The incident occurred just metres from Bolton Central Community Fire Station. A spokesperson said: "The incident occurred earlier this morning, recovery services are currently on the scene and the area is cordoned off."
Recovery service cordoned off and attended to the scene.
One commuter at the scene said: "I travel up this road most days for work, I do find this particular junction to be quite tedious as the lights change very quickly and you also have to watch out for the pedestrian crossing.
"I'm not surprised to see an accident like this, I've clipped my tyre on this junction before."
It is currently unknown what caused the collision and investigations are currently ongoing.
North West Ambulance Services and Greater Manchester Police were contacted for comment, but it is thought that emergency services did not attend to the scene.
