Construction has been completed on 98 homes at a Bolton development.
Jones Homes started work on the two schemes at The Grange and Sanctuary at Last Drop Village in Bromley Cross in 2022.
The company has now announced that all of the homes have been completed.
This development of the Last Drop Village project, which also includes Sanctuary, a 41-home gated development for the over-55s.
Carol Barlow, sales and marketing director for Jones Homes North West, said: "Coming towards the end of construction work here at The Grange at Last Drop Village is an important moment for this area and for Jones Homes.
"We have created something exceptional here and new neighbours are moving in and enjoying the location and the quality of their new homes.
"We are looking forward to welcoming the last of the buyers to their new properties and seeing this new neighbourhood flourish.
"This new community is a pleasant environment to live in, with country walks on the doorstep and amenities offered by the neighbouring hotel and shops.
"The new residents are happy in their new homes, which has been reflected in their Trustpilot reviews.
"We continue to offer flexible Helping Hand incentives as these have helped many of our customers to make their move to Last Drop Village."
The final six homes, which include three Moreton cottages, with three bedrooms in the over 55s community at Sanctuary, and three four-bedroom detached homes at The Grange, are now available for sale.
