A Bolton coffee shop is part of a range of properties worth more than £7.5M around the UK set to be sold off.
The branch of Costa on Cutacre Lane in Over Hulton is one of nine properties around the country that is set to be sold as part of the “Fenwall” portfolio.
Property group Eddisons have been appointed to sell the portfolio, which has a collective guide price of as much as £7.5M.
Eddisons director Robert Diggle said: “These are diverse and high-performing assets that we have been instructed to sell as a whole or individually.
“A strong tenant profile includes Costa, Vodafone, Barclays Bank, Loungers UK, restaurant chain Cote and health testing company Randox.
The Bolton Costa Coffee is a half-acre drive-thru and sit in-branch on Cutacre Lane.
Liverpool based Eddisons say that the properties are made up of a range of high profile tenants which as well as Costa also includes Vodafone and Barclays Bank.
There is also hospitality chain Loungers UK, restaurant chain Cote and health testing company Randox.
The portfolio of properties around the UK also includes a 23,000 square ft business unit in Hoylake, on the Wirral, let to publishing business Newhall.
It also features the Stafford branch of Barclays Bank, a Loungers venue in Malvern and another Costa outlet in Norfolk.
The portfolio of properties, most of them leisure and retail facilities create an annual income of £55,000 from rent.

As well as the Costa branches, the Barclays and the Loungers venue, the portfolio includes a large, empty Grade II listed regency building on Cheltenham’s promenade.
Mr Diggle said: “The vacant Cheltenham property has scope to increase annual rental income to £610,000 once it is let.
“And we are expecting high levels of interest from a range of investors for this portfolio.”
There is also a three-storey Victorian property in Malvern, let to hospitality group Loungers UK.
The nine properties that make up the Fenwall portfolio are in Bolton and Hoylake in the North West.
They are also found in Stafford, Malvern and Cheltenham, Newbury, Chichester and Lewes in the South East, and Downham Market in Norfolk.
