A new entertainment hub featuring the north's "largest and pinkest" roller rink has opened.

Archie's Atomic opened its doors at the Trafford Palazzo on Thursday, November 7.

The launch was celebrated with a party attended by celebrities, including musicians Aitch and Central Cee, Coronation Street stars Andy Whyment, Brooke Vincent, and Ellie Leach, and reality TV personalities Taylor Ward, Leah Taylor, and Claudia Fogarty.

There were live performances from rappers Krept & Konan, and DJ sets by DJ Russke, Andy Purnell, and DJ Lordz.

The new venue is the result of the team behind the Archie's burger brand.

It combines dining with entertainment, featuring a 5,000sq/ft roller rink, an arcade with SEGA games, a 'private gaming vault', and party spaces.

The venue also has resident DJs and an on-site diner serving Archie's signature dishes such as burgers, fries, and shakes.

Skaters can rent Archie's Atomic skates to use on the pink rink, while arcade fans can enjoy games such as the Men in Black shooter, Storm Rider motorbike simulators, and basketball hoops.

The gaming vault can accommodate two to eight players and offers a variety of competitive games.

The on-site diner serves Archie's "crowd favourites", and there is also an ice cream parlour exclusive to this location.

The parlour serves treats and shakes at a custom serving window by the rink, with options such as "The Pink Shake, The Ora-liscious, and The Moonwalker".
