A renowned Astley Bridge Turkish steakhouse restaurant celebrated it’s third birthday in style this week offering its guests dinner with a show.
Beefalo Meathouse, which is located on 486 Blackburn Road in Astley Bridge opened its doors at 6pm to more than seventy guests including one star-studded visitor, ITV’s Sports Correspondent, Chris Hall and his wife, Sarah Hall.
The event was hosted by Suraiya Haque, a local food blogger in collaboration with Anjum Mohammed from Zoom One Productions.
The steakhouse is owned by chef Bayram Yuse, who is also the restaurant’s head chef and runs the business with partners Bayram Yuce, Orkun Derin and Salim Asci.
He followed his passion, beginning as a pastry chef in one of the largest catering companies in Turkey before going on to work various chef roles in hotels and restaurants.
Mr Yuse became an executive chef by 26 and head chef at 29.
His arrival to Liverpool came in 2017 with a brand-new steakhouse concept, Macello Meathouse, followed by Kassap Meathouse next year.
Since their launch, both restaurants have attracted many celebrities and become a regular spot for many Liverpool FC players.
Three years ago, he bought his exquisite steak dishes and technique to Bolton and never looked back.
The luxury steakhouse is known for the succulent steak including the famous £150 golden steaks.
For starter guests were given the Beefalo starter platter for two with hummus, tzatziki, spicy Ezme and olives.
Guests of the suave event were given a choice between a mixed kebab platter including lamb shish, chicken shish, chicken wings and kafta with grilled vegetables alongside a selection of succulent tomahawk or T-bone steaks, each of which was served with specialise gueridon service, an interactive dining experience that is designed to engage the senses. Other guests were offered ‘cook on the table’ service to get up close and personal with their meal.

Also on Beefalo’s menu is tantalizing teriyaki chicken or beef cooked with onions, peppers or cherry tomatoes and garlic served with creamy potatoes, Mexican chicken or beef with Cajun spices and cheesy sirloin slices with cheddar cheese sauce, served with creamy potatoes.
For dessert there was Milkcake or Pistachio Baklava.
Chefs also recreated the viral Dubai pistachio chocolate bar from earlier this year, made from rich milk chocolate filled with smooth pistachio creme, sumptuous pistachio nut paste and toasted kunafa.
The event’s organiser, Suraiya said: “There was lots of drama, fun and pizzazz because we wanted to keep the event engaging as possible for customers so that we can really showcase what Beefalo is all about.
“The restaurant is halal, but of course everyone is welcome, and the event saw guests from Manchester and Blackburn to come and sample the food. There’s a non-alcoholic bar, which people responded really positively to.
“The event invited a number of food bloggers, local influencers and even ITV sports correspondent, Chris Hall, who was really pleased to be invited to the event and enjoyed his food – he even agreed to take a picture in the restaurant which was very kind.
“We wanted to create a buzz around Beefalo’s and I’m incredible proud of the team for showcasing the best of Bolton and the local community for a fantastic evening of celebration."
