A new street food eatery fronted by two chefs is vying to "take over" a town's culinary scene.
Street Eats, on Bridge Street in Ramsbottom, opens on Tuesday, November 5, and is spearheaded by duo, Jonno Mattocks and Mattie Hall.
The new haunt for foodies will serve burgers, ranging from classic beef to the 'ultimate' with pulled Cajun chicken, plus toasties, jerk chicken, and more.
Mattie, who got his cooking qualifications at Bury College, said: "We're looking to take over Ramsbottom and be successful, we want to bring something new.
"I used to work at the Hearth of the Ram, which is now the White Rabbit, just down the road.
"We've got 30 years of experience between both of us."
Adding to Street Eats' repertoire, Mattie is also the owner of a meal prep business so knows all about getting your protein in.
It's not just the pair cooking up a storm in the kitchen, other halves, Cara Syminton and Jen Tilley are also on hand to help.
Mattie added: "Both our girlfriends help out as well which is brilliant and we couldn't be where we are without them."
On Saturday (November 2) Street Eats debuted to friends and family, with the premises absolutely packed.
"Only half have arrived as well," Jonno said.
Any customers heading to Street Eats can get stuck into platters for £19.95, options include a salt and pepper platter which the dynamic duo says they are most proud of creating.
"We're the perfect team in the kitchen and we bounce off each other so well, it's a good laugh and we properly enjoy ourselves," Jonno said.
Jonno and Mattie predict customers will love the Philly cheese steak melt toastie, which you can get your teeth stuck into for £11.
Or, on the cheaper side, a tuna melt comes in at just £7.
