Moor Lane, Bolton, 1964
Today it is being redeveloped for housing but this photo from November 1964 shows Bolton’s Moor Lane car park packed with cars.
In the foreground you can see the bus station with the car park behind. There is so much of ‘old’ Bolton to enjoy about this picture.
Can anyone identify the pub on the left of the picture? And do you remember Mason’s next to the pub? What did they do?
