Gaucho's 'iconic Legacy menu' is set to return with a host of new dishes.
The Argentine steak restaurant announced that 'due to overwhelming demand from diners', the special menu will be reintroduced for the month of November.
This menu, celebrating the brand’s culinary history, was initially launched in July to commemorate Gaucho’s 30th anniversary and was available in 20 restaurants across the UK.
The Legacy menu features three courses of Latin American cuisine for the value price of £30.
It showcases classic dishes from the restaurant's past, as well as introducing new creations.
A spokesperson at Gaucho said: "The Legacy Menu has always been a reflection of Gaucho’s journey over the years.
"We’ve been inundated with requests from people who missed out on trying it in July and those who simply wanted to eat it again.
"By reintroducing it with these new, exciting dishes, we’re honouring our roots while embracing the future of Argentine cuisine."
This November, the menu will include new starters such as Tiradito de Salmon, featuring salmon served with mango tiger’s milk, and Prawn Chicharron, a 'crispy crustacea dish with a spicy, herby dip.'
The main dish, Grilled Picanha with Aji Molido, a 'favourite' from 2013, will also be making a comeback.
For dessert, diners can choose between Dulce de Leche Pancakes, served with banana split ice cream and walnuts, or the Argentine cake, Coconut Tres Leches, made with three types of milk and served with pear sorbet and compressed pears.
A spokesperson at Gaucho said: "We can’t wait for our guests to enjoy this special menu throughout November."
Gaucho hopes to 'continue to honour its legacy of combining high-quality Argentine ingredients with innovative culinary techniques.'
The aim of the new menu is for a 'perfect opportunity for long-time fans and newcomers alike to enjoy a refreshed dining experience, celebrating both the past and the future of Gaucho.'
The Legacy menu will be available exclusively throughout November.
To enjoy this special menu, diners are encouraged to book a table in advance.
