A single ticket-holder has won the £7.3 million jackpot in Saturday’s Lotto draw and players have been advised to check their tickets.
Andy Carter, senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn, operator of The National Lottery, said: “Brilliant news, one lucky ticket-holder has won tonight’s £7.3 million jackpot.
“October is proving to be a fantastic month for Lotto players, as tonight’s winner follows on from another lucky ticket-holder who scooped the amazing £7.4 million jackpot in the draw on October 12.
“Players are urged to check their tickets and to give us a call if they think they are tonight’s lucky winner.
“The National Lottery is celebrating 30 years of changing lives.
“Since it launched, over 7,200 millionaires have been made and more than £49 billion has been raised for good causes with more than 690,000 individual grants awarded.
“This money supports our nation’s heritage, the arts and sport, as well as helping grassroots projects in every local community.”
Wednesday’s estimated jackpot is £2 million, the National Lottery said.
The jackpot winner matched all six main numbers to win £7,359,568 while three players matched five and the bonus ball for £1 million each.
The winning Lotto numbers were 09, 16, 30, 41, 44, 47 and the bonus number was 13.
Set of balls 11 and draw machine Arthur were used.
No ticket-holder matched all five numbers to win the £350,000 top prize in Lotto HotPicks, which uses the same numbers as the Lotto draw.
Eleven players won £13,000 for matching four of the five numbers.
The winning Thunderball numbers were 06, 09, 15, 32, 38 and the Thunderball number was 07.
One ticket-holder won £500,000 for matching all five numbers and the Thunderball, and two players won £5,000 for matching five numbers.
