A multi-award-winning Bolton restaurant celebrated its third anniversary with a glamorous launch event.
Ayaan’s restaurant at Old Road in Astley Bridge saw more than 500 people gather on Friday night to commemorate its grand re-launch.
The opulent evening saw live performances from dancers, fire-breathers, stilt walkers and dhol drummers, a festive instrument that originates from the Punjabi region in South Asia.
A Rolls Royce was also on display at the front of the restaurant for photo opportunities.
An open bar was available for guests serving a range of colourful fruit mocktails, as well as a large buffet serving a variety of delicious dishes such as lamb sookha bhuna, massala and rogan josh, all of which are available on Ayaan’s menu.
The restaurant is known for its authentic Pakistani Indian cuisine, including sharing platters, sea food, grilled meats, traditional desi dishes and old school favourite dishes.
