A Bolton law firm has joined in with a charity campaign aimed at helping people get professional wills written.

Spencer Churchill Law, based on Lower Bridgeman Street in the Haulgh, is well known for its expertise in wills and probate.

It will be joining annual Will Aid and become the only firm in the area to waive its fees in exchange for a donation to charity.

Spencer Churchill Law head of wills and probate Lucy Brooks said: "We're passionate about giving back to our community.

"By working with Will Aid, we’re able to help individuals safeguard their future, while supporting charities that do incredible work both locally and nationally."

The firm has partnered with Will Aid to offer written wills to anyone aged 18 or over.

In return, clients are encouraged to make a donation to Will Aid, supporting nine major UK charities, including Age UK, Save the Children, and British Red Cross.
