Film crews have returned to Bolton today as a town centre street has been turned into a bustling tube station.
The shoot is taking place for new vampire hunter TV show The Talamasca, for American channel AMC.
The series follows the secret society which is responsible for tracking and containing witches, vampires, werewolves and other creatures scattered around the globe.
It will star Elizabeth McGovern, who will be well-known to UK audiences as Cora Crawley on Downton Abbey, as Helen, a "seasoned veteran of the Talamasca".
She recruits leading character Guy Anatole, played by Aussie actor Nicholas Denton who is best known for his role in the 2022 series Dangerous Liaisons.
Also starring in the series is William Fichtner of Prison Break, Heat and Armageddon fame, as Jasper, a "mysterious American" who is the leader of the London branch of the Talamasca.
Today, October 9, film crews could be seen shooting a scene on Howell Croft North.
Extras could be seen walking in and out of a doorway on the street which was made up to look like Tottenham Court Road tube station, with signage and flowers set up.
London black cabs could also be seen pulling away from the building.
A worker on scene said that an interior scene will also be filmed today. He added that lead actor Nicholas Denton is in town for the shooting.
