A law firm has announced a “hugely deserved” senior promotion for a key member of its team.
Clough & Willis, based in Little Lever and Bury, says its has promoted John Parker from conveyancing solicitor to senior associate.
Having joined the firm from Linder Myers in 2022, Mr Parker specialises in property law and has handed worked on new builds, shared ownership and adverse possession applications.
He said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far at Clough & Willis.
“The past two years have gone by in a flash, and it has been fantastic to work with the team and clients.
“I am excited to enter the next phase of my career and to help expand our diverse property offering even more.”
Mr Parker had studied law at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne before completing his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in York.

His new role follows on from his previous appointment to deputy senior responsible officer as part of the firm’s Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation
