A fire broke out at house in Tottington today, Thursday.
Three fire engines were called to a semi-detached property off Walshaw Walk at 11.50am after a fire started in a bedroom on the first floor.
Crews from Bolton Central, Bolton North and Ramsbottom attended and were on the scene for around one hour and 15 minutes.
The house was made safe, and no injuries or casualties were reported.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: “At shortly before 11.50am on Thursday (September 19) three fire engines from Bolton, Bolton North and Ramsbottom Community Fire Stations attended a fire involving a first-floor bedroom of a semi-detached home off Walshaw Walk, Tottington.
“Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the fire and make the house property safe.
"Crews were in attendance for around one hour and 15 minutes.”
