Pitch and putt, Moss Bank Park, Bolton
Here’s a photo which will bring back a few memories.
We don’t have an exact date when this was taken - possibly the late Fifties or early Sixties - but is shows couples enjoying the pitch and putt course at Moss Bank Park in Bolton.
Not sure that the women were exactly dressed for golf with their handbags and kitten heels and it doesn’t look like the perfect grip but they’re clearly having fun.
