Managed by Tandem Property Asset Management, and owned by Moorgarth Retail Limited, Market Place is described as a vibrant hub that features a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment options, catering to the diverse tastes and needs of the community. It is said that he seamless blend of historic charm and modern amenities makes it a unique destination for both locals and tourists alike.

The centre features a nine-screen The Light cinema, Amazonia adventure park and Game Vault.

On the retail side, Market Place is anchored by major brands such as H&M, Next and River Island, while The Vaults provide a stunning backdrop to Bolton’s social scene.

The Works moves into Market Place Shopping Centre

Primark is set to move out of the Crompton Place Shopping Centre in the coming months, into the old Debenhams unit.

The Works moved into the retail and leisure centre recently.

Crompton Place Shopping Centre is set to be demolished, subject to planning permission, as part of the regeneration plans for Bolton town centre.
