UPDATE: All lines have now reopened according to Northern, but disruption is expected until 1.30pm.

An "object being caught on overhead wires" is the cause, and has seen "all lines blocked".
Northern warns that trains which run through the station, including Manchester Airport to Blackpool North, which services Bolton station, will be cancelled, delayed by up to 45 minutes, or revised.
