Visitors can speak to plot holders and have a look around the flower and vegetable patches.
There will be children's games, local produce and preserves to boy as well as refreshments.
Show vegetables, fruit and flowers.
The allotments are on Settle Street in Great Lever.
The show runs from 1pm to 4pm.
There will a number of classes in which allotments holders will enter their prized produce, vegetables and flowers.
Steven McHaddan, on behalf of Settle Street Allotments Association, said: “We have one of these events every year and we have been running this now for about ten years.
“At the event people can expect various things going on, we are hosting a BBQ and some children’s games, tombola, and they can have a look around the site, and they can look at all the vegetables that the people have put in for the show, people have grown various things to put in for the show to try to win the best category.
“We enjoy putting it on so the committee run the event for the people on the plot and we open it up to the public and we are all excited about what can be there and what people bring to show, and we enjoy putting it together, it’s a community led event and it’s all good fun. “People can just turn up, it is free event, everyone is welcome and there is parking on site and people can just turn up from 1pm.”
