Men are invited to de-stress and learn a “positive mental toolkit” in a special mindfulness course just for them.

Blackrod Sports and Community Centre is offering a seven-week men’s mindfulness course starting on Thursday, September 12 at 6.30 PM-7.45 PM with bookings opening next week.

The course is fully funded and will teach meditation that helps with relaxation.

It claims to give men a positive mental toolkit to calm the brain, appreciate what they have and “develop a way of seeing themselves and the world in a new way”.

Blackrod Sports and Community Centre has received over £20,000 in grants last year that contributed to its push to run fully funded programmes for all members of the community.
