Coronation Street star Vicky Entwistle will return to Bolton this winter to star in this year's Christmas pantomime - oh yes she will.
As summer draws to a close, Bolton is now planning its winter events to ensure it crowds continue to flock into town.
Bolton’s Albert Halls and Polka Dot Pantomimes have announced details for their Christmas performance this year featuring celebrity guest stars, spectacular side effects and laughter for all the family.
Tickets for this year’s Christmas show titled, ‘Rapunzel – A Tangled Tale!’ are available via The Albert Halls website with shows running from November 30 to December 31.
The festive spectacle will feature household names such as Coronation Street legend, Vicky , who has returned to the stage by popular demand as Rapunzel’s evil Mother Gothel.
Last year, Vicky played Fairy Superior in Cinderella.
Also performing is the hilarious Rollo as Loopy Louis and pantomime legend Lucy-Rose Rollason as Fairy Rose. Lucy-Rose played Fairy Flustered in last year's hit panto.
Joining the two is Ian Parkin as Dame Betty Bouffant, Kira MacCarter as Rapunzel, Marcquelle Ward as Flynn Ryder, Kivan Dean as King Bumble and the adorable Karma Chameleon!
This traditional fairytale with a modern twist provides festive fun for all the family. As always, the magical performance will include modern songs to sing along to, huge amounts of laughter and plenty of audience interaction.
The performance will also feature spectacular special effects including a flying jetpack.
A spokesman for the Albert Halls said: "So let your hair down and book now for Bolton’s finest festive treat, RAPUNZEL – A Tangled Tale."
