She showed the room of around guests a simple recipe involving Corn Beef and had photos with many fans who were in attendance.
She spoke of her love for the town.
She said: "Bolton is absolutely lovely, fabulous people, the town is vibrant, although the weather wasn't wonderful the people certainly were."
"I did a lovely recipe, it's Caribbean corn beef and rice, it's an easy recipe to do so that everyone can have a go and make something if they have gone out and want to make something quickly it's a store cupboard recipe you can do quickly and it's very very nice."
She added: "Food festivals are a great time for people to go out and try something different if they haven't before.
"This one is particularly brilliant there are so many different stalls you can find and taste, I recommend you all to come out and have a go."
