The latest edition to Bolton’s restaurant scene has exclusively opened doors to The Bolton News for a sneak preview as final preparations get underway for its grand opening.
The Bradshaw Bar and Grill on Bradshaw Brow is set to open at the beginning of September.
One hundred guests will be invited in for a special launch to enjoy a night of entertainment and Mediterranean fusion cuisine.
Among the night’s entertainment will be X-Factor star, Wagner, who appeared on season seven of the ITV programme back in 2010.
It is opening on the site of the former Mediterranean eatery Rokka, which closed at the end of last year.
Owner Lokman Gurbuz, who previously worked at the restaurant when it was the Latino Lounge said: “It’s going really well and I’m looking forward to when the restaurant will be completed, and we can open our doors to guests.
“I knew of Wagner through a mutual acquaintance and asked if he’d be interested in attending the opening, we’re very excited to welcome him to the restaurant.
“We want to make the venue as warm and inviting as possible and our vision is finally coming together, I’ve been working closely with a professional decorator who came up with the designs.
Once completed, the opulent venue will feature an indoor water feature, a selfie wall with trendy neon lighting, a cocktail bar and dining lounge for guests with cosy couches.
The restaurant will serve Mediterranean food, as well as Italian and English cuisine.
Lokman said: “We want to serve food for every generation including burgers, pizzas, fries, pasta and kebabs for the younger generation.
“We will also serve scampi, fish and chips, steak pies and chicken pies.”
The cocktail bar, which will run alongside the grill will also feature its own happy hour as well as beer, wine and spirits.
Bradshaw Bar and Grill will also be hosting an exclusive tribute night in December, with details to be announced on social media closer to the time.
