Amir Khan's multi-million pound wedding venue is up for sale.
The Bolton boxer says he is selling the venue, which opened earlier this year in Deane, for more than £12M.
The Balmayna took almost a decade to complete, with construction starting in 2015 and finishing at the beginning of this year.
The four-storey building, which was designed to host weddings, parties and corporate events, sits on Washington Street just off Deane Road.
Now, taking to X, formerly Twitter, Khan has announced the hall as being for sale for £12.5m.

This comes after the venue won a fight for a late-night licence last month.
His business partners, Excellency Plaza, had applied to Bolton Council on May 20 for it to be allowed to open until half past midnight.
It offers luxury dining, chauffeur service, musicians, a shisha bar rooftop and more, with two wedding halls.
