A new book aiming to empower creative and neurodivergent women is set to be released next month.
Mandy Nicholson, a coach for creative and neurodivergent women, is set to release her book, Beyond the Ordinary - Discover the Power of Creative and Neurodiverse Women, on October 11.
The book features stories from 30 women, each sharing their journey of embracing creativity and overcoming the challenges they face.
Ms Nicholson said: "Too often, creative women are told their talents are just hobbies
"I want to change that narrative.
"My late husband believed in my dreams, and it's my mission to help others believe in theirs too."
The Bolton-based coach's own journey is a testament to this mission.
After years of conforming to traditional work roles post-art degree, she followed her passion and established a business dedicated to helping creative women achieve success.
Ms Nicholson's work has also gained national attention, including a feature on Channel 4’s Four in a Bed.
The book launch will coincide with her keynote speech at Social Impact Live at Bolton Stadium.
Ms Nicholson's book, Beyond the Ordinary - Discover the Power of Creative and Neurodiverse Women, is set to be released on October 11 on Amazon.
