The Mayor of Boton is set to visit Bolton's Ukrainian centre next month.
The Bolton branch of the Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain will be holding its regular Conversational English Class on September 16 at 12.30pm.
Following the class, which will be at the Bolton Ukrainian Centre on Castle Street, there will be a presentation called 'My City and My Town', which will showcase photographs of Ukrainian cities.
The Mayor of Bolton, Andy Morgan, will visit for the event.

Branch chair, Yaroslaw Tymchyshyn, said: "It will show shots of Kyiv and then some ones of war damage, we will do that for all of the cities."
Alongside the class, there will be an appeal for donations to Ukraine between 11am and 5pm.
The appeal will ask for items such as disposable nappies, toothbrushes, toothpaste, other toiletries and powdered baby milk.
