Police are dealing with an incident close to Bolton town centre.
The incident is on Bromwich Street and witnesses said there was a police helicopter and a number of police vehicles at the location earlier this afternoon.
Officers were also said to have a detained an individual at the location which is off St Peter’s Way.
Police have been approached for comment.
