A student from Bolton is set to cross the channel to fulfil his "dream" by studying in France.
David Chow was delighted with his A-level results allowing him to achieve his ambition.
David did his A-levels at Bolton School, and will live his dream to study at a leading animation school in Paris, Gobelins.

He said: "I will be doing a four year course, which includes a foundation year, for animation.
"Looking at what they do there and what everyone went on to do in the industry after studying there, it has been a dream school for a while and I just thought it was the best place for me.
"I am happy with what I got, an A star in art and As in English language and French.
"I was worried about it, but I feel it has all gone well."
